What is the purpose of this policy?

Here at LD Compliance and Admin Services, we value that you are trusting us with your information, so we strive to ensure it is always protected. We have strict IT procedures in place to prevent any breaches of our systems, and strict continuity plans in place should this happen at any time.
We have regular processes to ensure all our IT equipment is up to date and of a standard that you would expect your data to be protected.
How long will your information be kept?
If you are in a contract with us, your information will be stored for as long as that contract is live, and for a suitable time once it ends. If you have made an enquiry, your information will be kept for a short amount of time so that we can assist you with any questions you may have. Please note we are required to store your information for 7 years due to tax and accounting purposes.
